Öhlins Suspension Service Center Switzerland

Founded in 1976, Öhlins Racing AB is a Swedish company based in Upplands Väsby, in the south of the country. Öhlins specializes in high performance suspension systems, often built for racing. The brand is recognized for its involvement in racing at the highest level in MotoGP, Superbike and WTCC.

Since 2016, PMB Suspension distributes Öhlins Mountain Bike products in Switzerland: RXF 34 and 36 forks, TTX 22 and STX 22 rear shocks, as well as the full line up of springs and parts. PMB Suspension can also assist in custom bike building including Öhlins suspensions.

DESCRIPTION

From concept to double world champion in 1 year, everything about this Öhlins DH Race Fork is fast.

When races are decided by thousandths of second, there is no room for an error, next level control for next level riders. Whether you are racing between the tape or trying to hit that next gap on your favorite lap, you have the support and control to push further, faster and harder than before. We have more pistons, more tubes and more offset options than you knew you wanted.

Öhlins TTX 18 cartridge kit featuring downhill-optimized 18 mm piston for improved small bump sensitivity. Increased damping pressure bandwidth to achieve i mprovements in damping valve response and sensitivity.

The adjustment range specifically for gravity use both race and park. 15 clicks of low speed compression and low speed rebound and 5 clicks of high-speed compression. Twin piston three chamber air spring system, isolated from the upper tubes to reduced head build up and featuring Total Tune Spring Curve System (TTSC) allowing total air spring tuning from the initial movement through to the bottom out.

    You want World Champion winning performance in your current fork? No problem, our Öhlins DH race drop in damper and air spring system available for Boxxer and 40 Downhill forks.

  • Öhlins TTX 22 M Rear Shock
    DESCRIPTION

    Öhlins TTX 22 M is designed for DH, Gravity and Enduro. Based on a twin-tube design, TTX 22 M guarantees high performance damping in all circumstances and improved handling of the bike.

    Originally released exclusively for Specialized bikes in 2013, the TTX 22 M is also available in universal mount compatibles with most bikes on the market. A Trunnion version (Trek, Norco..) is also available since June 2018.

  • STX 22 Air Rear Shock
    DESCRIPTION

    Öhlins STX 22 is a rear shock made for Enduro, Trail and All-Mountain riding.

    Based on a single-tube design, the STX 22 is lighter than the TTX 22 which is based on a twin-tube design.

    One very specific feature of STX 22 is its ability to modify the damping curve and switch from a linear to a more progressive curve

    DESCRIPTION

    Based on 40 years of Öhlins experience in suspension at the highest level, RXF 34 and RXF 36 forks are pushing the enveloppe of what Mountain Bike suspensions can do.

    Based on a three-chamber air spring (two positive and one negative) and Öhlins TTX damping technology, the fork remain high in the travel, while also ensuring smoothness and predictable bump absorption throughout the entire ride.

    The ultra-stiff alloy unicrown design is also unique, improving ridigity while also trimming down on some weight.

    RXF 36 is also available with a coil spring.

    PMB Suspension is an official service and warranty center for Öhlins Mountain Bike products since 2016.

    Our services include suspension servicing, tuning, repairs and warranty work for universal Öhlins products as well as Specialized versions.

  • Standard service included wear tests, complete teardown and rebuild, as well as the change of wear parts and the replacement of seals, oils and grease. Cartridges are bleeded using the Öhlins bleeding machine.
