    • Internal components are checked including shims, shafts, sealhead
    • Replacement of seals
    • Sealhead lubrication (coil shocks)
    • IFP service
    • IFP calibration
    • New bleed with high performance oil using a
    • vaccumm machine for perfect bleed (Super Deluxe, Monarch Plus, Vivid Coil, Kage)
    • New bleed with high performance oil (Deluxe, SIDLuxe, Monarch)
    • Reservoir bleed with nitrogen
      Air can re-lubrication (air shocks)
    • Re-assembly with safety checks
    • Air spring equalization (air shocks)
    • Full test on dyno: compression, rebound
    • Re-assembly of mounting hardware
    • Cleaning
    • Certification

    • PRO only: anti-friction grease where applicable
