Fox 40 Fork Service Description
MTB Suspension are precision hydraulic parts operating in a dirty environment with performance and safety requirements. Service is needed to prevent failure and maintain performance.
This service package is for:
- Fox 40 from 2016-2027, including Factory, Performance Elite and Performance versions
Overview
- Full service includes disassembly and reassembly
- Recommended every 100 hours of use (or annually at a minimum)
- Provides everything needed to maintain performance, reliability, comfort, and value
Included
- Complete disassembly
- Safety inspections
- Each component is tested for functionality
- Damper service: FIT, FIT4, GRIP, GRIP2 or GRIP X2
- Comprehensive spring servicing
- Hydraulic bleeding with new high-performance oil
- Replacement of worn parts, including seals and guides
- Fresh grease
- Reassembly and testing
- Service made by PMB Suspension, a long-time Fox partner
