Fox 40 Service

MTB Suspension are precision hydraulic parts operating in a dirty environment with performance and safety requirements. Service is needed to prevent failure and maintain performance.

This service package is for:

• Fox 40 from 2016-2027, including Factory, Performance Elite and Performance versions

Overview

• Full service includes disassembly and reassembly
• Recommended every 100 hours of use (or annually at a minimum)
• Provides everything needed to maintain performance, reliability, comfort, and value

Included

• Complete disassembly
• Safety inspections
• Each component is tested for functionality
• Damper service: FIT, FIT4, GRIP, GRIP2 or GRIP X2
• Comprehensive spring servicing
• Hydraulic bleeding with new high-performance oil
• Replacement of worn parts, including seals and guides
• Fresh grease
• Reassembly and testing
• Service made by PMB Suspension, a long-time Fox partner

Billed Separately based on each forks requirements
