Marzocchi Bomber Z1 Service

MTB Suspension are precision hydraulic parts operating in a dirty environment with performance and safety requirements. Service is needed to prevent failure and maintain performance.

This service package is for:

• Marzocchi Z1 forks sold since 2018
• Marzocchi Z1 forks with GRIP or RAIL damper and air or coil spring
  

Overview

• Full service includes disassembly and reassembly
• Recommended every 100 hours of use (or annually at a minimum)
• Provides everything needed to maintain performance, reliability, comfort, and value

Included

• Complete disassembly
• Safety inspections
• Each component is tested for functionality
• Damper service
• Comprehensive spring servicing
• Hydraulic bleeding with new high-performance oil
• Replacement of worn parts, including seals and guides
• Fresh grease
• Reassembly and testing
