Service Level 1: Full Service
180 CHF / Suspension
Description: Full Service for 1x MTB Fork or 1x MTB Rear Shock, recommended after 50 to 100 hours of use
Included: 1 hour of work for:
- Disassembly and re-assembly of the suspension
- Replacement of wear parts (seals), oil and grease
- Torque check
- Test
Billed separately:
- Supplies and service kits
- Repairs and additional work, after validation by the customer

Service Level 2: Priority Full Service Package
260 CHF / Suspension
Description: Full Service package for 1x MTB Fork or 1x MTB Rear Shock, recommended after 50 to 100 hours of use
Included:
- 1 hour of work, including disassembly and re-assembly of the suspension and the replacement of wear parts (seals), oil and grease
- Supplies and service kits (seals) up to 80 CHF for 1x suspension
- Priority service
- Can be done with appointment: you bring the suspension, wait for 1 hour, and have it back right after service
Billed separately:
- Repairs and additional work, after validation by the customer

Service Level 3: Tuning and Modification
150 CHF / Suspension
Description: for tuning, modification, optimisations
Included: 1 hour of work for:
- Requirement gathering
- Identification of the solution
- Gathering of the required components
Billed separately:
- Desassembly, re-assembly and test
- Parts and supplies
- Repairs and additional work, after validation by the customer
Total cost for tuning of one suspension is generally between 250 and 350 CHF, depending on the type of suspension and your goals.

PMB Suspension is the official service center for Öhlins MTB in Switzerland. The collaboration between Öhlins and PMB Suspension began in 2014.

Description
- For Öhlins TTX22m.2: standard or Trunnion
- Include disassembly, re-assembly, new seals, new grease, new oil
- Recommended every 100h of use (other uses) or at least 1x/year
- Include everything to maintain performance, reliability, comfort and value

- Full disassembly
- Safety checks
- Each part is checked for function
- Hydraulic bleed with new high performance oil
- Replacement of wear parts including seals, sealhead, bladder
- Reservoir service
- New nitrogen
- New bladder
- New sealhead
- New seals
- New grease
- Re-assembly and test
- Service by the official service center for Öhlins MTB: PMB Suspension
Options
- Tuning: tuning of the piston and base valve to adapt compression and rebound to your weight, bike and practice
- Travel change: travel change within the limits of your shock: 185/210 mm shocks can do 55, 52.5, 50, 47.5mm; 205/230mm shocks can do 65, 62.5, 60 or 57.5; 225/250mm shocks can do 75, 72.5, 70 or 67.5mm
- Spring re-calculation: spring rate re-calculation based on your weight, bike and practice
- New bumper: replacement bumper for the end of stroke
- Piston resize: reduction of the piston diameter to reduce friction and/or noise
