- Recommandé toutes les 50h d'utilisation (bikepark/compétition/freeride/ebike) ou toutes les 100h (autres usages) ou au moins une fois par an
- Permet d'éviter les baisses de performance, baisse de confort, perte de valeur, perte de contrôle et les réparations
Inclus
- Tout le nécessaire pour maintenir les performances, la réactivité de votre amortisseur, tout en prolongeant sa durée de vie
- Démontage et remontage complet avec vérifications de sécurité
- Purge en machine sous vide avec huile Motorex haute performance
- Remplacement des joints
- Service IFP et recharge azote
- Ré-assemblage avec graisse d’assemblage haute performance (CaH92) pour une résistance accrue à l’usure
- Re-lubrification
- Test de fonctionnement de l’amortisseur sans ressort
- Vérification des couples de serrage sur les visses de sécurité
- Test de l’amortisseur sur dyno
- Service fait par PMB, centre de service officiel Rockshox pour la Suisse
- Les Vivid Air et Brain ne sont pas acceptés

- Pre-service test on hand dyno to check function
- Disassembly of mounting hardware
- Full disassembly: body, spring, piston, shaft
- Shock configuration is checked
- Internal components are checked including shims, shafts, sealhead
- Replacement of seals
- Sealhead lubrication (coil shocks)
- IFP service
- IFP calibration
- New bleed with high performance oil using a
- vaccumm machine for perfect bleed (Super Deluxe, Monarch Plus, Vivid Coil, Kage)
- New bleed with high performance oil (Deluxe, SIDLuxe, Monarch)
- Reservoir bleed with nitrogen
Air can re-lubrication (air shocks) - Re-assembly with safety checks
- Air spring equalization (air shocks)
- Full test on dyno: compression, rebound
